"My mother-in-law has been in Rider House for 2 years. Over this time I have been really impressed by the warmth, caring, kind friendliness and professionalism of the staff.

When she was very ill recently and admitted to hospital from the home one member of staff accompanied her to the hospital and stayed with her despite it being several hours past the end of shift but she waited till my sister-in-law arrived at the hospital. Please thank her.

My mother-in-law with the help and quality care provided by Rider House has made a remarkable recovery to a point where she again enjoys her food, her sense of humour has returned and her dignity has been respected"
